Some background of our property:
La Casona de la Ronda used to be an old residence from 1738 that was converted into a lovely boutique hotel that preserves the historic value of the UNESCO heritage.
The hotel is conveniently located in the “Centro Histórico”, walking distance to the main attractions of Old Town, making it very convenient to walk around. The pedestrianized Street where it is situated boasts a number of beautiful specialty shops, cafes and restaurants.
This Boutique Hotel is tastefully presented for you to immerse in the Ecuadorian Culture. Enjoy all the modern conveniences built into the original facilities; colors and stone walls that reflect the passing of time. The rooms have been designed to provide an authentic stay that reflects the true atmosphere of the unique colonial center.
